Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas.- Como parte de las festividades del mes patrio, el Sistema para el Desarrollo Integral de la Familia de Tamaulipas, presidido por la doctora María de Villarreal, inició con el recorrido de la Lotería del Adulto Mayor, basado en uno de los juegos más tradicionales de nuestro país, la lotería mexicana.
En las instalaciones de la Casa Club del Adulto Mayor de Victoria se dio la primera corrida con la participación de más de 220 personas en este juego que cuenta con la variante de utilizar en sus cartas imágenes alusivas a los valores, actividades propias de este grupo de edad, servicios con los que se cuenta DIF para ellos, entre otras.
Actualmente, el DIF estatal cuenta con 60 Casas Club del Adulto Mayor y poco más de 300 Clubes en Comunidad en diferentes municipios, en los que se encuentran inscritos más de 21 mil personas, quienes disfrutan de espacios en los que se ofrece aprendizaje, convivencia y recreación a las personas mayores que continúan en activo.
La Lotería del Adulto Mayor estará llegando próximamente a los diferentes municipios en donde se cuenta con Casas Club y Clubes en Comunidad, lugares en los que diariamente reciben un trato digno y se fomenta el respeto mutuo entre quienes asisten a sus talleres, conferencias y actividades físicas y culturales.
