Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas.- El líder del nuevo sindicato de burócratas en Tamaulipas, Armando Trejo Moreno, acudió ayer al Palacio de Gobierno para entregar el pliego petitorio que incluye el concepto general hacia la protección de los derechos laborales de los trabajadores en todas las áreas del Gobierno de Tamaulipas.
Después de 11 meses de solicitar la Toma de Nota, y ante la negativa del Tribunal Administrativo, el nuevo sindicato inició labores de facto, gracias a la jurisprudencia que existe para reconocer a las organizaciones sindicales que enfrentan este tipo de obstáculos.
La nueva organización sindical que se denomina: Sindicato de Empleados y Trabajadores de Gobierno y Organismos Autónomos de Tamaulipas, (SETGOAT), inició ya con los trámites para la gestión de los asuntos que atañen a los trabajadores.
Además de solicitar las prerrogativas a las que tienen derecho como gremio sindical, buscó un acercamiento con las autoridades del ejecutivo estatal, a fin de que conozcan su plan de trabajo así como el contenido del pliego petitorio que contendrá el Contrato Colectivo de Trabajo.
Trejo Moreno, dijo que es motivo de alegría para todos sus compañeros que le acompañaron siempre en la lucha por el reconocimiento de los derechos laborales, porque sus esfuerzos finalmente se verán recompensados con este nuevo paso como sindicato organizado.
Puntualizó que a partir de ayer que presentó las peticiones como nuevo sindicato, el Gobierno del Estado tendrá 15 días para recibirlos formalmente y negociar en la mesa la nueva relación que existirá con el SETGOAT.
