Como parte de las obras estratégicas para mejorar el flujo vial y
optimizar los accesos al Puente del Comercio Mundial, la alcaldesa
Carmen Lilia Canturosas, entregó la obra de repavimentación con
concreto hidráulico del Segundo Anillo Periférico.
Con una inversión de 7 millones 918 mil 149 pesos, el Gobierno
Municipal transformó más de mil 500 metros cuadrados de una vialidad
por donde diariamente circulan miles de camiones que abonan al
dinamismo comercial de Nuevo Laredo
Durante la entrega de la obra, la presidenta municipal reafirmó su
compromiso con la modernización y mantenimiento de la infraestructura
vial, contribuyendo a mejorar la movilidad y seguridad de los
ciudadanos y del sector transportista.
«Es muy grato llegar aquí con ustedes y entregarles obras de calidad,
que es lo que más nos piden los ciudadanos: vialidades en buen estado
y sin averías. Hoy les entregamos esta importante obra en un eje vial
tan transitado, clave para la movilidad del transporte de carga. Hemos
trabajado en conjunto con el Gobierno del Estado para coordinar
esfuerzos: una parte de la ciudad con recursos municipales y otra con
inversión estatal. Vamos a seguir trabajando y transformando Nuevo
Laredo», destacó la alcaldesa.
Reiteró que su administración trabaja para continuar fortaleciendo la
competitividad de la ciudad a través de la inversión en obra pública.
Rosalinda Torres, habitante de la colonia Los Olivos agradeció a la
alcaldesa y a su gobierno por la construcción de estas obras de
calidad que mejoran el tránsito y mejoran las vialidades del sector.
“En nombre de todos los vecinos de las colonias beneficiadas le damos
las gracias por trabajar en nuestras calles y nuestras carreteras que
nos beneficiarán para trasladarnos de manera más segura con nuestras
familias. También beneficiando al comercio de nuestra ciudad, gracias
por seguir transformando Nuevo Laredo”, expresó la señora.
Con esta obra también se mejoran los accesos a las colonias Nueva
Victoria, así como Los Olivos 1 y 2, Bonitos Toboganes, entre otras.
Los trabajos realizados incluyeron el trazo y nivelación, corte y
remoción de carpeta, corte de caja, carga y acarreo, mejoramiento de
terracerías, subbase y base, concreto para pavimento, juntas de
construcción y señalamiento horizontal.
