Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas.- La Secretaría de Desarrollo Rural, Pesca y Acuacultura en coordinación con Protección Civil Estatal, Comisión Nacional Forestal y la Secretaría de Desarrollo Urbano y Medio Ambiente informó que el incendio forestal de la Reserva de la Biosfera El Cielo, presenta un 60% de control y un 55% de liquidación, como resultado de las labores coordinadas de los equipos de emergencia.
Este tipo de acciones tienen como objetivo integrar y fortalecer el Plan de Acción para el Combate de Incendios; para ello, personal de las dependencias antes mencionadas acudió al lugar con el fin de establecer las estrategias y acciones necesarias que permitan continuar con las labores de control y extinción del fuego.
Asimismo, se realizó la entrega de alimentos y combustibles en apoyo a las labores de los brigadistas y asegurar el desarrollo eficiente de las actividades en campo, señaló Celene Ramírez García, directora de Fomento Forestal, quien asistió en representación del secretario de Desarrollo Rural, Pesca y Acuacultura, Antonio Varela Flores.
«Agradecemos profundamente el compromiso de las instituciones participantes y reiteramos a la ciudadanía que se mantiene un monitoreo constante de la situación, priorizando en todo momento la seguridad de la población y la protección del medio ambiente», concluyó.
