Matamoros, Tamaulipas.- Con música y movimiento corporal, el Centro de Ejecución de Sanciones (CEDES) de Matamoros llevó a cabo una clase de zumba dirigida a mujeres privadas de la libertad, como parte de una estrategia para fortalecer su bienestar físico y emocional.
La actividad fue organizada por el Departamento de Educación, Cultura y Deporte de la institución, con el objetivo de contribuir a la salud integral de las participantes mediante dinámicas que disminuyan el estrés, la ansiedad y los síntomas de depresión, al tiempo que se impulsan valores, disciplina, autocuidado y autoestima.
En un entorno donde el aislamiento puede agudizar los desafíos emocionales, la creación de espacios lúdicos y de interacción sana resulta crucial para avanzar en procesos de reinserción más humanos y efectivos.
Con este tipo de acciones, la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública de Tamaulipas (SSPT) reafirma su compromiso de ofrecer programas orientados al desarrollo integral de la población penitenciaria, apostando por actividades que promuevan la salud, el bienestar emocional y una convivencia armónica al interior del centro.
