Morena TAM… Blindaje o miedo anticipado
El Consejo Estatal de Morena en Tamaulipas, encabezado por Rómulo Pérez y acompañado de la maestra Lupita Gómez del Comité Ejecutivo Estatal, no fue una simple reunión de café y galletas. Esta vez, la plana mayor del partido se sentó a delinear una estrategia que suena más a blindaje político que a simple planeación territorial.
Del Consejo Nacional llegaron acuerdos que, en papel, suenan impecables, un Plan Organizativo de Comités Seccionales para colonizar políticamente hasta el último ejido; un Plan Municipalista para impulsar gobiernos locales “cercanos” (aunque ya sabemos que la cercanía suele ser solo en campaña); la Comisión Evaluadora de Incorporaciones, que promete filtrar a nuevos militantes con lupa ética (esperemos que no se les cuele el típico chapulín con historial dudoso); y el flamante Consejo Consultivo Nacional, un foro que, si no cae en la grilla eterna, podría dar oxígeno a la reflexión política.
No conforme, Rómulo César Pérez Sánchez desempacó la “estrategia de mentores y mentoras”, una especie de escuela de cuadros para formar nuevas generaciones morenistas con doctrina, experiencia y, claro, lealtad inquebrantable. Mientras, Lupita Gómez aseguró que Morena en Tamaulipas “vive una etapa de consolidación” y que estas acciones son para garantizar que la esperanza y la transformación lleguen hasta la última comunidad.
Pero, detrás de este discurso de unidad y fortaleza, hay un tufo inconfundible a prevención. En Morena Tamaulipas parecen estar “amarrándose el dedo antes de la cortada”, y no es paranoia. El espejo de Veracruz está ahí, fresco y doloroso, un batacazo electoral en varios municipios, reclamos de fraude que pocos creen y una ruptura con los aliados que dejó heridas abiertas. El PT y el Verde, cansados de ser tratados como comparsas, se fueron solos y les arrebataron triunfos clave.
La lección es clara, soberbia mata alianza, y en Tamaulipas no quieren repetir la receta veracruzana. Por eso, más que un consejo estatal, lo que vimos fue una junta de emergencia para cerrar filas, mantener el corral bajo control y no permitir que los socios terminen convertidos en rivales
CARMEN LILIA, PAVIMENTANDO ESPIRITU
El que un alcalde haga kilómetros y kilómetros de pavimento, realmente se agradece, pero en Nuevo Laredo la presidenta municipal, Carmen Lilia Canturosas, está demostrando que hay otras formas de construir ciudad, pavimentando también el espíritu.
La reciente inauguración del renovado Espacio Cultural y Artístico del Parque Viveros fue un recordatorio de que no todo en la gestión pública se mide en toneladas de asfalto. Lo que antes era una bodega triste y olvidada, hoy es un auditorio al aire libre con pasto sintético, áreas de picnic y un ambiente diseñado para el disfrute de todas las edades. Un lugar que no huele a cemento fresco, sino a comunidad viva.
La escena parecía sacada de una postal, música, folclor, teatro, narraciones, baile y sonrisas se entrelazaron en una tarde mágica que quedará grabada en la memoria de cientos de familias. Desde temprano, llegaron con mantas y canastas, listos para acampar, disfrutar del talento local y convivir de cerca con su alcaldesa, que no se quedó en el palco, sino que se mezcló con la gente, escuchó, abrazó y hasta cantó.
Los niños, esos pequeños ciudadanos que a menudo son olvidados en la agenda pública, fueron protagonistas. Pintacaritas, mesas de dibujo, juegos y hasta la presencia de animales del zoológico hicieron que la jornada se sintiera como un festival hecho a su medida. El DIF municipal puso lo suyo y, para rematar, los tradicionales antojitos del Parque Viveros coronaron la experiencia.
El resultado, un espacio que no solo embellece la ciudad, sino que se convierte en un punto de encuentro para fortalecer la convivencia familiar, despertar la creatividad y reafirmar que el arte y la cultura son herramientas tan poderosas como cualquier obra de infraestructura.
A parte del pavimento, Carmen Lilia está apostando por la obra pública emocional, esa que no se desgasta con el tiempo y que deja huella en la identidad de una comunidad. Y eso, sin duda, también es construir ciudad… ¿Qué no?, NOS LEEMOS.
