Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas.- Este martes 26 de agosto, a las 11:00 horas, en el mezannine del primer piso del Palacio de Gobierno de Tamaulipas, se llevará a cabo el conversatorio «Mujeres indígenas en Tamaulipas», el cual promueve el Gobierno del Estado a través de la Secretaría de Bienestar Social e ITCA Tamaulipas.
Este conversatorio se une a la exposición que ha albergado el recinto gubernamental desde el pasado mes de mayo, dando visibilidad a las diversas realidades de las mujeres indígenas en Tamaulipas, creando así un diálogo para reconocer sus aportes y derechos.
«La finalidad primordial es generar un espacio para reflexionar sobre el papel fundamental de las mujeres indígenas en Tamaulipas, visibilizar sus problemáticas y proponer nuevos caminos para el respeto pleno de sus derechos, desde todos los frentes», destacó el director general el ITCA, Héctor Romero- Lecanda.
DETONAR EL DIÁLOGO
Por su parte, Arturo Rodríguez Castrejón, director de Patrimonio Cultural del ITCA, dio a conocer que quienes participarán de este evento.
«Contaremos con la presencia de la Mtra. Oralia Hernández Hernández, mujer indígena tének, originaria de La Rosita, San Luis Potosí, quien actualmente radica en nuestra ciudad y labora dentro de TV UAT y Radio Tamaulipas», expuso Rodríguez Castrejón.
«Así mismo contaremos con la participación de la doctora Aldana Barahona, antropóloga y politóloga, especialista en resistencias indígenas, quien presentará un panorama general sobre la situación actual de las mujeres indígenas en la entidad», agregó.
Temas como la migración, los derechos y la participación comunitaria serán parte de este conversatorio, en el que, a través de análisis y testimonios, se busca generar un intercambio que contribuya al fortalecimiento de la identidad y la equidad.
Idalia Hernández, jefa del Departamento de Culturas Populares del ITCA, será la encargada de moderar la charla, a la que se invita al público en general a acudir a presenciarla.
El encuentro también se transmitirá virtualmente a través de las redes sociales del Instituto Tamaulipeco para la Cultura y las Artes.
