Matamoros, Tamaulipas.– Elementos de la Guardia Estatal aseguraron un arma larga, cargadores y equipo táctico en un predio del ejido Barranquitas.
Durante un recorrido de seguridad y vigilancia en la zona, los oficiales observaron a dos personas dentro de un solar baldío; al percatarse de las unidades, ambos emprendieron la huida entre la maleza.
Al inspeccionar el lugar, se localizó una cobija en la que se ocultaban un arma larga tipo AR-15, cuatro cargadores AK-47 calibre 7.62 x 39 mm con 19 cartuchos; los cargadores para AR-15 con nueve cartuchos; tres chalecos porta placas color café; cuatro placas balísticas y dos cascos tácticos.
El material fue asegurado y puesto a disposición de la Fiscalía General de la República (FGR) a fin de continuar con las investigaciones correspondientes y deslindar responsabilidades.
