Matamoros.- «En México y Matamoros están los mejores trabajadores del mundo» señaló la senadora Olga Sosa al sostener un encuentro con representantes sindicales, en los que anunció las reformas constitucionales y laborales aprobadas desde el Senado de la República.
“Reformamos la Constitución para que nunca el incremento del salario mínimo esté por debajo de la inflación, eso significa dignificar el trabajo y recuperar el poder adquisitivo de las familias” mencionó Olga Sosa
Refirió que el aumento del 135% del salario mínimo general y más en la frontera, ha significado un cambio de paradigma en la que se reconoce al trabajo como derecho humano y no mercancía.
Además de la reforma salarial cuyo propósito es llegar a 2.5 canastas básicas, precisó que la igualdad sustantiva abarca la disminución de la brecha salarial, en la que reconoce que a trabajo igual tendremos salario igual y de esa forma se reivindica el salario y autonomía de las mujeres; también se refirió a la Ley Silla, que otorga asiento a personas que laboran de pie en distintos intervalos, e igualmente la reforma que reconoce derechos laborales a trabajadores de plataformas digitales.
Por su parte, el líder sindical Juan Villafuerte a nombre del sindicato, reforzó la visión en favor del trabajador y pidió sumar esfuerzos entre los distintos niveles de gobierno, para que más maquilas se instalen en Matamoros y lleguen nuevos empleos.
La senadora Olga Sosa mencionó que la llegada de inversiones extranjeras en nuestro país, dan confianza para seguir generando empleos bajo condiciones dignas y remuneración justa.
Finalmente integrantes del sector obrero mencionaron que los cambios de educación, salud, economía e Infonavit dan apoyo para vivir mejor. Pidió además de apoyar la jornada y condiciones laborales, apoyar el deporte.
La unión es la base que seguirá marcando el rumbo del sector obrero, refirió Olga Sosa.
