Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas.- Este domingo inició la etapa de campañas en el proceso electoral extraordinario para la elección del Poder Judicial, y Tania Gisela Contreras, candidata a magistrada, arrancó su proselitismo con un mensaje enfocado en la transparencia, el combate a la corrupción y la cercanía con la ciudadanía.
Contreras destacó que su campaña estará basada en el contacto directo con la población, recorriendo calles y plazas para compartir su visión sobre la impartición de justicia en el estado. «Tocaremos puertas y acudiremos a espacios públicos para transmitir nuestras propuestas. Sabemos que la ciudadanía tiene interés en participar y en conocer a quienes aspiran a esta responsabilidad», afirmó.
En su mensaje, la candidata subrayó la importancia de terminar con la impunidad dentro del Poder Judicial. «Hay que reconocer que existe corrupción e impunidad, y es precisamente lo que llevó a la conformación de este nuevo esquema de elección. Nuestra propuesta está respaldada por una trayectoria de más de 25 años en el ejercicio de la profesión jurídica», expresó.
Uno de los puntos clave de su plataforma es la reducción del rezago en temas familiares y penales. Señaló que es fundamental analizar la incidencia de casos en cada municipio y generar soluciones desde la colaboración entre el Poder Judicial, el Congreso del Estado y el Poder Ejecutivo.
Sobre la independencia del Poder Judicial, Contreras enfatizó que su trabajo siempre se ha distinguido por la imparcialidad y el respeto a la legalidad. «Tengo una trayectoria en la que nunca se ha señalado una actuación con sesgo o parcialidad. He trabajado para las instituciones con profesionalismo y así seguirá siendo», aseguró.
Asimismo, mencionó que, en caso de ganar la magistratura, no dudará en excusarse de conocer asuntos donde pueda existir un conflicto de interés, garantizando así la transparencia y la confianza en su desempeño.
Finalmente, reiteró su compromiso con una justicia más cercana a la gente y con un Poder Judicial renovado. «El juez debe tener un rostro y responder a la sociedad por su buen o mal desempeño. Este es el cambio que buscamos», concluyó.
