Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas.-El escritor victorense José Roberto López Martínez fue reconocido con el Premio Nacional de Literatura Gilberto Owen 2025 en la categoría de Poesía, por su obra «Nociones de la luz», bajo el seudónimo “Abaponi”. Este galardón es otorgado por el Instituto Sinaloense de Cultura, se entregará el próximo miércoles 11 de junio en Culiacán, en una ceremonia oficial, por lo que desde el Instituto Tamaulipeco para la Cultura y las Artes (ITCA), del Gobierno del Estado de Tamaulipas se felicita al galardonado literato.
«Roberto López es un talentoso escritor tamaulipeco, que además ha destacado en la gestión cultural, es un gusto corroborar que los creadores tamaulipecos están tomando las plataformas a su disposición para impulsar su trabajo con importantes convocatorias como la de este galardón», indicó Héctor Romemo- Lecanda, director general del ITCA.
El jurado, conformado por las destacadas voces de Mikeas Sánchez, Eduardo Saravia y Sara Uribe, eligió por unanimidad la obra de López Martínez, “por condensar una exploración poética de la luz en destellos rítmicos y con la creación de atmósferas y paisajes que proponen un desciframiento del sentido como una tarea compartida. Además, la obra plantea una profunda reflexión sobre el cuerpo, el miedo y la vulnerabilidad tras un rompimiento afectivo”.
El trabajo del tamaulipeco fue elegido entre 104 obras que recibió el concurso, por lo que recibirá un estímulo económico de 125 mil pesos.
TRAYECTORIA DESTACADA
Nacido en Ciudad Victoria en 1994, López Martínez es Licenciado en Educación Primaria por la Benemérita Escuela Normal Federalizada de Tamaulipas. Ha sido merecedor de diversos reconocimientos, entre ellos el Premio Estatal Altair Tejeda de Tamez (2019) y el I Premio Nacional de Poesía Rubén Bonifaz Nuño (2017). Es autor de los libros «Donde el cielo desemboca» (2018) y «Saudade» (2019), este último publicado con el apoyo del Instituto Tamaulipeco para la Cultura y las Artes (ITCA), institución que ha seguido y respaldado el crecimiento de su obra.
Sus textos han sido publicados en revistas y antologías como Revista de la Universidad de México, Blanco Móvil y Círculo de Poesía, entre otras.
Actualmente, dirige las Jornadas de Poesía Tamaulipeca y coordina el proyecto editorial Sol filamento.
Desde el Gobierno del Estado, a través de la Secretaría de Bienestar Social y el ITCA, se celebra con orgullo este logro que enaltece la poesía escrita en Tamaulipas y reafirma el talento de las nuevas generaciones de escritores.
